As a Senior Operations Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic quality planning and will lead improvements to the quality and reliability of deliverable products, management of internal and external customer relationships, ensure program compliance to the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, support all product lifecycle phases, partner with various program leaders and teams, lead Quality personnel activities and development, and implement functional initiatives for prevention and / or early detection of manufacturing process defects.

This is an on-site position with the primary work location in Andover, MA. The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team.

Onsite : Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) , an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
