Salary Range : $106K - $125K

As a Nurse Manager of Critical Care (CVICU), you'll play a key role in driving clinical success within a thriving, centrally located Dallas facility.

Key Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

• Current RN license in the State of Texas or active multi-state compact license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 4 years of acute CVICU / ICU clinical experience
• At least 1 year of recent unit leadership or supervisory experience (charge nurse, clinical lead, or manager) within the last 12 months
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Demonstrated leadership skills : staff supervision, performance management, and team development
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance (e.g., Joint Commission), and patient safety programs
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and common clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
