Vice President of IDD Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations in IDD, ensuring efficient management through performance monitoring and continuous improvement

Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on the development of division policies and procedures

Manage financial processes, including budgeting and P&L for the IDD division, while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Experience in leadership roles within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities sector

Strong background in financial management and operational oversight

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in the IDD industry

Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and performance standards

Experience in managing senior-level executives and fostering team accountability
