As a member of a diverse and talented organization, the Senior Software Engineer crafts elegant and extensible tools, prototypes, and architectures for high-visibility and critical projects. The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including : project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.

This individual is responsible for direct technical contribution to projects within the team and assisting with ongoing investigations of technologies affecting Disney’s industries. Experience in the fields of native application development, API integration, user experience design, version control, and continuous integration is desired.

The hiring range for this position in Bristol is $136,100 - $182,400 per year, in Los Angeles is $136,100 - $182,4000, and in New York and Seattle is $142,600-$191,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
