Treasury Analyst Position
Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, and related supplies in the United States. We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our REXEL team in Dallas, TX! Hybrid
Summary : The Treasury Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cash management of the Company in conformity with company guidelines and internal controls. This includes the daily reconciliation of bank accounts, ensuring that accounts are adequately funded to cover daily disbursements, managing EFT requests, and reporting daily positions to senior Finance leaders. Assists in maintaining the Company's bank accounts, and is responsible for analyzing bank service fees and identifying errors.
What You'll Do :
- Perform prior day and current day reconciliations on all bank accounts. Fund accounts as needed and determine investment / loan needs, make appropriate entries for Group Treasury, and facilitate FX needs
- Obtain forecast updates from Accounts Payable teams, Payroll, Tax, etc. and model, update, and adjust cash forecast to accurately report monthly expectations. Enter five-week forecast and provide variance explanations
- Review and enter EFT payments, identify issues and contact requestors with any questions, and confirm payments to ensure they are recorded properly for Accounting. Manage templates in bank portals, oversee any issues with EFT requests, and handle administrative items
- Send daily report to Finance leaders of current-day and next-day cash position, and MTD cash inflows / outflows
- Maintain bank portal administration, including users, entitlements, and security (includes all password reset requests)
- Analyze bank accounts and fees charged by each bank, and compare products and services across banks. Manage bank fee reporting, identify any pricing errors and work with banks on corrections
- Prepare bank documents as assigned for service changes, signers, etc.
- Provide Accounting with necessary Treasury data, including bank fees and EFT support
- Manage intercompany payments and pull intercompany reporting as needed
- Update monthly KPI tracking information for Treasury
- Assist with new branch setups, including banking, establishment of check verification services, and merchant services requirements
- Annually prepare FBAR reporting and EFT deposit instructions, as well as review templates, users and access, accounts and signers, and update Master Bank Agreement File as needed

Qualifications : What You'll Need :
2+ years of finance experience preferredCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) certificate preferred4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - RequiredBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Basic knowledge of the banking industry, treasury systems, and platformsExperience reviewing processes for automation and streamlining manual tasksProficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced abilities in Excel, and well-rounded computer skillsExperience developing models in Excel for forecasting purposesBasic knowledge of Accounting principlesStrong reconciliation and analytical skills, with ability to problem solveHigh level of accuracy required, with strong attention to detail, organization, time management and prioritization skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamPhysical Demands :
