Role Description

We are seeking skilled Commercial Roofing Crews for a full-time, on-site position located in Kapolei, HI. The role involves performing day-to-day tasks such as roofing installations, repairs, waterproofing, and working at heights. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality results that meet customer satisfaction. Safety and adherence to company standards are critical components of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency in carpentry and insulation applications related to roofing
• Knowledge of various waterproofing methods such as cold fluid applied, bentonite, and hot rubber
• Comfort with working at height and adhering to all safety protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Previous experience in commercial roofing is preferred
• Possession of relevant certifications or licenses is a plus
