Two OBGYN Physicians in practice

Two clinic locations : La Grange and North Riverside

Experienced APPs preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Annual Salary : $110K 118K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Training

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
• Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Illinois license in good standing
• Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
• Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
• Current CPR certification
