What youll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist / Language Pathologies (ST) :

In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing speaking and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech language cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team

$110000 - $125000 a year

Anticipated Wage range Speech Therapist : 110 000.00- 125 000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match)
