Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

A company is looking for an RN Telephone Triage to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms

Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms

Assist patients in accessing appropriate levels of care and consult with physicians as needed

Required Qualifications

Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions

2+ years of RN experience

Proficiency in using computers with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm

Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA

High-speed internet connection and suitable workstation setup
