A company is looking for a Mission Development Administrative Assistant - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Database entry of gift officer activity and maintaining calendars
Scheduling meetings, booking travel, and submitting expense reports and invoices
Hosting online Teams and Zoom meetings and preparing materials for mailing
Required Qualifications
A practicing Catholic or Christian in good standing with the Catholic Church
Strong Microsoft applications skills
Knowledge of expense reimbursement and invoice processing (Chrome River / Imburse preferred)
Knowledge of corporate travel management (CTM platform preferred)
