About the Role

As an Agriculture / Property Claims Director at Reserv, you will lead a team of claims professionals managing agriculture and property claims. Your expertise will drive operational effectiveness, utilizing technology and analytics to improve efficiencies and outcomes. You'll play a vital role with the team, clients, and customers, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory, internal, and contractual SLAs. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of claims, ideally with experience managing multi-line portfolios across agriculture and property.

Who You Are

• Subject matter expert. You have deep technical and subject matter experience in the world of commercial transportation claims, including coverage and litigation. Experienced in reviewing and analyzing contracts.
