Part Time Medical Receptionist

Job Description

Location : Raleigh (Blue Ridge Road area)

PART TIME ONLY! Must have prior AllScripts experience

Hours : Monday - Friday, 9am to 1pm

Pay : $18-$20 / hour

MUST have prior medical office experience.

Job Duties :

Answer phones, schedule and direct patients to appropriate areas / people

Perform routine administrative duties such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.

Enter patient data into EMR system

Register patients according to company policies and procedures while also ensuring required forms are completed and signed by patients.

Qualifications :

1-2 years of Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience or equivalent.

High School Diploma required.

MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
