I am working with OhioHealth O Bleness Hospital in Athens, OH and Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge, OH. Both facilities are looking for some temporary Hospitalist coverage over the next several months. I wanted to touch base with you to see if you might have any availability to help out over the next several months. The job description is below and please let me know if you have any interest in being presented to either or both of these locations.

Both of these facilities need coverage December ongoing

This is a very urgent need for both of these facilities

Shift times : 7a-7p and 7p-7a

These facilities are looking for 7 on 7 off coverage, but will look at physicians who can cover one week per month at minimum

Night shifts are the biggest need at both of the facilities

The 7 on 7 off schedule runs Monday through Sunday

Minimum assignment length : 7 consecutive shifts per month, but 7 on 7 off providers will be their first choice

The group would also really like a provider that is willing to work at both facilities

Procedures : Intubations (required) and Central Lines (preferred)

Open ICU

Hospitalists respond to codes

Double coverage during the day shift

Single coverage during the night shift

Patient Load : 20-25 per team

Encounters : 10-15 per provider

Each provider on the day shift will start each shift rounding

APP support

Nightly admissions- Low to none.

Specialty Coverages- Cardiologist, Neurologist, OB, Pulmonology

They have 31 med surg beds / private rooms. They can double up if needed.

60 days to privilege

$220 per hour with a 12 hour guarantee Monday through Sunday

Patient Load : 15 per provider

APP support

Nightly admissions : 5-6 per night

2-3 weeks to privilege

$220 per hour with a 12 hour guarantee Monday through Sunday
