A reputable company in the Plant City area is seeking a detail-oriented

Accounting Associate

to support their accounting team with a strong focus on high-volume general ledger reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Accounting Manager in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform high-volume account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency

Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities

Support the Accounting Manager in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger

Utilize ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data

Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and schedules

Qualifications :

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on reconciliations

Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas)

Experience working within an ERP environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
