Job Description

A highly respected General Contractor in the Colorado Rockies , with a strong backlog of work, is seeking a Multifamily Estimator to join their growing team! This builder is known for completing projects with excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and fostering a collaborative, family-feel culture resulting in low turnover.

They are committed to bringing the best and brightest to their team and will pay for relocation assistance if not already living IN the Rockies!

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
• At least 2 multifamily ground-up estimates completed (over $20M)
• Proven ability to manage project take-offs, budgets, and margin projections
• Experience collaborating with clients and design teams
• Skilled in tracking, pricing, and negotiating project cost changes
