Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location : Syracuse, NY

Start Date : 12 / 08

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Schedule : Days – 5x8s

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

Position Requirements :

BS in Physical Therapy

Active NY PT license or license-eligible

Minimum 2 years of experience

Outpatient experience preferred

Job Duties :

Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs according to established procedures

Formulate patient-specific goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare team

Prepare and maintain timely notes and discharge documentation

Participate in clinics, rounds, conferences, and provide patient reports as needed

Take part in educational programs for staff, students, volunteers, and other healthcare professionals

Train new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level PT students

Support and facilitate new program development
