Entry Level Distribution Specialist

A company is looking for an Entry Level Distribution Specialist who will process retirement plan loan and distribution requests while providing customer service support.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare distribution and loan packages, including vesting verifications

Assist participants and clients with distribution and loan inquiries

Maintain communication with account managers and plan sponsors regarding requests and progress

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required

Bilingual speaking is a plus

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Superior organizational and coordination skills

Willingness to pursue professional development and certifications
