Job Summary
Constituent Engagement (Alumni Family and Donor Engagement) has a position open for first / second or third -year students. This position provides administrative support to our office and is a great opportunity to become a well-known member of the University community. Our office frequently interacts with alumni donors and other University VIPs. Administrative skills ability to prioritize and work with deadlines as well as strong computer skills are needed to be successful in this position. Students may be asked to work individual events which may be held evenings or on weekends. Student Assistant could work hours 3-18 hours per week when classes are in session.
Minimum Qualifications
MS Office products Willingness to learn new things Valid drivers license

Outlook Excel and Word a must Positive attitude Willing to be part of our team Willing to check in daily for extra projects / work
