Unit : Radiology | X-Ray Tech – Magic Valley Hospital\n\nCertifications : BLS; ARRT (X-ray) required\n\nExperience : Strong surgery / OR background required. Must have C-arm, 3D C-arm, and power injector experience. O-arm experience preferred (not required). First-time travelers accepted.\n\nDepartment : 4 rooms + 1 ER room; 7 C-arms, O-arms, and portables\n\nCoverage Areas : ER, inpatient, outpatient, OR\n\nJob Duties : General X-ray, fluoro, barium swallow & swallow studies; ER protocols and physician preferences followed\n\nVolume : ~100 procedures / day\n\nSystems : Epic; McKesson / Change Healthcare PACS\n\nEquipment : Philips X-ray / portable, Siemens X-ray, CareStream, OEC C-arm\n\nIVs : Not required\n\nLeadership : Lead Tech on shifts; supervisors during weekdays\n\nSchedule : Mostly 10-hour shifts; day starts 8–10 AM. Nights 12 : 30 AM–6 : 00 AM (single tech).\n\nWeekends : Every other weekend (rotation)\n\nHolidays : Travelers last resort\n\nCall / Standby : Optional standby\n\nScrubs : Surgical scrubs provided\n\nOrientation : Up to 3 shifts\n\nNote : 50-mile radius rule—perm address required with submittal to confirm eligibility.
