Job Title : Physician Assistant
Location : Round mountain, CA, 96084
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the physician must be able to carry out each essential duty with competence and professionalism :
- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Refer to specialists or obtain consults when cases fall outside scope of practice
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, providing education and support
- Maintain high standards of care through peer review and quality improvement participation
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coverage during evenings, weekends, and after-hours
- Comply with all relevant regulations, including Title 22 and infectious disease protocols
