Janitorial Worker

Job details Our client has an immediate need for a janitorial worker for the evening shift. This is a direct hire position, located in Salinas, and it is for the evening shift, 6pm to 2am.

Responsibilities : ... You would be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for employees and visitors within a commercial business facility. This role involves performing a range of custodial duties, minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring all areas are presentable and comply with health and safety standards. Duties include general cleaning and sanitation, waste management, maintenance and repairs, inventory and supplies, safety and security and special projects as needed.

Working hours : 6 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 AM

Skills :

Good communication and organization skills

Bilingual English / Spanish skills are preferred, not required

Education : No Degree Required

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Two (2) + years experience as a commercial janitor

Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, supplies and equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Must be detail oriented
