CFO / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

A leading, high-growth commercial construction and real estate development company with over $500MM in annual revenue is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. This is a rare opportunity to help lead a company on the path toward $1B+ in revenue — shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and building the financial foundation for sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO will be a key strategic partner, balancing vision with execution and guiding the company through its next phase of expansion. You’ll lead all aspects of financial management — from forecasting and capital planning to systems innovation and operational alignment — while serving as a visible, hands‑on leader across all business units.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a senior advisor to the President & executive team, influencing long‑term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions.
• Lead accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across multiple divisions.
• Strengthen job‑cost visibility, WIP reporting, and cash flow performance to improve profitability.
• Build scalable financial systems and controls to support rapid growth and future expansion.
• Drive M&A strategy, integration, and capital structure planning.
• Manage key relationships with banks, bonding companies, insurers, and external partners.
• Champion innovation through financial technology, data analytics, and real‑time reporting.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team that reflects the company’s collaborative, high‑integrity culture.
