Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers through various interactions
Meet customer retention goals and provide updates on renewal status and plan designs
Leverage analytics to deliver strategic value and ensure internal partners meet customer expectations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
7+ years of Account Management experience with medical products
7+ years of experience developing relationships with key client / broker decision-makers
5+ years of experience working with Labor Unions and Trusts
5+ years of insurance experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
