Commercial Roofing Sales Representative – Immediate Opening
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Representative to join our commercial roofing division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in steep-slope and low-slope roofing systems, and who has successfully worked with multi-family properties and commercial contracts . You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new commercial roofing opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Develop tailored sales presentations for property managers, general contractors, and government agencies, highlighting relevant project experience and solutions.
- Assess client pain points and offer high-value solutions from our full suite of commercial roofing services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including bid preparation, contract negotiation, and post-sale client care.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in multi-family and public sector segments.
Required Experience :
Proven success in commercial roofing sales , with specific experience in steep-slope and low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, shingles, etc.).Familiarity with multi-family housing projects and navigating government procurement processes (e.g., RFPs, public bidding).Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans, scopes of work, and job specifications.What's in It for You :
