Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
