A boutique frozen food and ice cream company with a strong record of innovation, quality, and consistent growth is seeking a General Manager to lead the organization into its next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with proven success in the frozen food or CPG industry , and a deep understanding of marketing, sales, brand development, innovation, and R&D .

Key Responsibilities

Lead company strategy, operations, and growth across all departments.

Drive performance and profitability through strong execution in marketing, sales, brand management, innovation, and R&D .

Oversee and optimize production, supply chain, and distribution to meet business goals.

Build and mentor high‑performing teams while maintaining a results‑driven culture.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve consistent year‑over‑year growth in all KPI’s.

Represent the company to investors and board members, maintaining transparent communication and accountability.

Identify emerging trends and new product opportunities to strengthen market position.

Requirements

MBA or equivalent combination of education and executive‑level industry experience.

Minimum 5 years of leadership in the frozen food, ice cream, or broader CPG industry .

Demonstrated track record of measurable growth and operational excellence.

Experience working closely with investors, boards, and cross‑functional teams .

Strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
