Clinical Marketing Associate Director – Provider Channel

GRAIL, a leading early‑cancer detection company, is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Marketing to position the Galleri® multi‑cancer early detection (MCED) test as the industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clinical marketing strategy for Galleri, including content, KOL engagement, and partner collaboration.
  • Own end‑to‑end medical conference portfolio : planning, booth strategy, satellite events, and post‑conference campaigns.
  • Lead KOL and peer‑to‑peer programs, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, and cross‑functional teams to align education priorities and publication support.
  • Manage vendors, SOWs, timelines, and budget; drive measurement and optimization of marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years total experience, with 5+ years in HCP / clinical marketing or Medical Affairs roles in diagnostics, biotech, or medtech; oncology or primary care experience a plus.
  • Proven leadership of national congress portfolios, KOL programs, and clinical content development in a regulated environment.
  • Deep familiarity with MLR processes, claims governance, and vendor management.
  • Excellent cross‑functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with content management and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, webinar platforms).
