Clinical Marketing Associate Director – Provider Channel
GRAIL, a leading early‑cancer detection company, is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Marketing to position the Galleri® multi‑cancer early detection (MCED) test as the industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clinical marketing strategy for Galleri, including content, KOL engagement, and partner collaboration.
- Own end‑to‑end medical conference portfolio : planning, booth strategy, satellite events, and post‑conference campaigns.
- Lead KOL and peer‑to‑peer programs, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and case studies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, and cross‑functional teams to align education priorities and publication support.
- Manage vendors, SOWs, timelines, and budget; drive measurement and optimization of marketing programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.10+ years total experience, with 5+ years in HCP / clinical marketing or Medical Affairs roles in diagnostics, biotech, or medtech; oncology or primary care experience a plus.Proven leadership of national congress portfolios, KOL programs, and clinical content development in a regulated environment.Deep familiarity with MLR processes, claims governance, and vendor management.Excellent cross‑functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.Proficiency with content management and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, webinar platforms).Benefits
