Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management. Salary : $100,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience Benefits : Healthcare, PTO, and 401(k) Relocation : $4,000 relocation bonus available for non-local candidates Start Date : Targeting February 2026

A celebrated fine dining restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and elevate guest experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly acclaimed, forward-thinking culinary destination known for excellence in service, innovation in cuisine, and a commitment to hospitality at the highest level. Candidates with experience in fine dining Asian cuisine restaurants preferred, Michelin experience a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless guest experiences in a fine dining environment.
- Collaborate closely with ownership and the culinary team to uphold the restaurant’s vision, standards, and reputation.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitality.
- Oversee service standards, reservations, floor operations, and guest relations.
- Manage financial performance, including labor costs, P&L oversight, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.
