Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm. Miami office location is preferred; however, this position can be located in the firm’s Atlanta, Chicago, Florida, New York, or Washington, DC offices. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
