Key Responsibilities
Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
Manage relationships with prospective students and families throughout the enrollment process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented environment
Proven success in selling high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Experience with data and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
