Position Title : Data Scientist - Onsite

Location : Raleigh, NC

Contract

Clearance Requirements : Eligible for sensitive clearance; must pass drug screening, criminal history, and credit check.

Position Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to drive actionable insights through advanced analytics and data modeling. This role involves working onsite in Raleigh, NC, to analyze complex datasets, identify business trends, and develop data-driven solutions that optimize organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and the ability to translate findings into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data Analysis & Visualization :
  • Develop rapid analysis scripts, visualization prototypes, and interactive dashboards
  • Prepare analysis reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Ensure deliverables meet business needs with minimal training required
  • Modeling & Optimization :
  • Design and implement mathematical models and optimization solutions
  • Develop source code, scripting, and translational documentation for analytics projects
  • Present proposals and project results to stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 13 years of relevant experience with a degree (or 17 years without a degree) in Data Science, Statistics, Experimental Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
  • Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work across industries and adapt quickly to complex business environments
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and database development is a plus
  • Must be able to work onsite in Raleigh, NC

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Pass client-mandated clearance and drug screening
  • Adherence to business casual dress code
  • All overtime must be pre-approved in writing
