Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Generate Leads - Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.Close Deals - Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial consultation to onboarding.Manage Warm Leads - Work with inbound referrals and leads from our marketing initiatives.Engage in Local Marketing - Participate in networking events, partner collaborations, and social media efforts to increase brand visibility.Consult & Educate - Help small business owners understand the benefits of switching to a high-service payroll provider .Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales experience - Preferably in payroll, HR, or B2B services .Attention to Detail - Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently .Proven Track Record of Sales Success - Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.Exceptional Customer Service & Relationship-Building Skills - Ability to connect with clients and provide ongoing support.Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills - Ability to clearly articulate the value of payroll solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook , and CRM tools.Self-Motivated & Results-Driven - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote role.Compensation & Benefits
