Payroll Administrator

Coordinates and prepares payroll for up to 500 employees in compliance with multi-state and federal wage and hour requirements and Legends Global policy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Processes multiple weekly / biweekly payrolls for exempt / non-exempt employees.
• Processes all wage garnishments for employees in ADP.
• Processes vacation and sick payment requests.
• Prepares payroll adjustments and manual checks when needed.
• Processes Multiple Worksite Reporting.
• Troubleshoots and resolves payroll discrepancies.

Working Conditions :

Location : West Conshohocken, PA Corporate Offices and will require this individual to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
