    • Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Match invoices with POs and receiving documentation.
  • Prepare payments, ACH transactions, and reconcile AP ledger.
  • Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and expense tracking.
  • Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

    • Core Competencies

  • 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Sage).
  • Strong organization skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and vendor relations skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and problem-solving ability.

    • Location : LaPorte, IN

    Schedule :

    Full-time, Monday-Friday

    Compensation :

    $45,760-$54,080 annually
