Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage the community ambassador program, focusing on recruitment and quality maintenance
Curate and grow a library of community resources and artifacts to support user engagement
Track community health and engagement metrics to inform decisions and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in building and nurturing B2B and B2C online communities
Direct experience with community ambassador or advocacy programs
Experience managing large communities (10K+ members) and related moderation systems
Familiarity with community engagement and education programs that drive user retention
Strong data literacy to define and interpret community metrics
