Otolaryngology Physician

Position Overview :

The ENT Specialist will :

Deliver comprehensive ENT care to a large referral base

See patients per day in clinic

Perform surgeries at :

• Blanchard Valley Hospital
• Bluffton Hospital
• Findlay Surgery Center

Utilize four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion

Collaborate with onsite audiology and specialties like Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery

Practice in a team-based model with APPs and hospitalists

Take backup call only (APPs handle primary call)

Work in a collegial, wellness-focused culture

Influence schedule, patient volume, and practice model

Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and educational tools

Optional teaching of medical and advanced practice trainees

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : Up to $750,000 / year

Requirements :

️ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years, planning to test) REQUIRED

️ Ohio license or willing to obtain REQUIRED
