ensuring the proper protocols and procedures are in place.

NANA Healthcare Management is seeking a  Controller  to lead the accounting operations across all entities to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness of financial data. The Controller will work directly with the Chief Corporate Officer and collaborate closely with leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a lean environment, is adaptable in the face of ambiguity, and brings a solution-oriented mindset to evolving business needs. The individual will lead hands-on general ledger (GL) accounting activity, work within existing systems (QuickBooks, Billing Platform, EMR System), resolve complex accounting issues, and ensure timely, accurate close processes, while providing insights that inform strategic decisions.

Schedule :  8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Pay : $95,000 - $115,000 annually, performance-based bonus potential

Knowledge and Training :

• Flexible, adaptable, comfortable with diversity of approaches
• High attention to detail with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
• Skilled in ERP / accounting systems and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with multi-entity and complex ownership structures
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes / standards
• Skilled in GL accounting

Qualifications :

Job Responsibilities :

Lead the monthly and year-end close process across all entities, ensuring that all reconciliations are accurately completed

Learn, maintain, and accurately apply existing reconciliation and reporting tools, including macro-enabled Excel workbooks and other established templates.

Maintain GAAP- compliant audit-ready workpapers and internal control documentation, including clear financial reporting and variance explanations.

Skilled in communication, judgment, accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement
