A company is looking for an HR & Total Rewards Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support total rewards administration and HR reporting and analytics
Manage compensation programs and assist with market analysis and job description library
Collaborate with HR teams to identify data gaps and generate reports for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Data Science, or related field
2-4 years of experience with HRIS reporting and managing file feeds, preferably in ADP and / or Cornerstone
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot tables
Proven ability to implement process improvements
Experience with compensation administration is preferred
