Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership in HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
Experience as an HR Business Partner with strategic consultation skills
Expertise in building compliant HR programs for multi-state workforces
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and reporting for decision-making
Proven ability to coach leaders and manage complex employee relations issues
