The Kelly Group is seeking a traveling Industrial Plant Maintenance Worker for its Marion, Arkansas , location and work in the surrounding area. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of plant maintenance experience in a grain handling and / or processing environment.

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties :

• Perform equipment maintenance on various types of mechanical equipment, including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, drag chains, grain cleaners, screw conveyors, etc.
• Show familiarity with different types of bearings and setting tolerances and taper locks
• Perform rigging and hoisting to properly move materials via the use of cranes and / or hand signaling to an operator
• Perform and demonstrate the ability to complete work using safe work practices
• Dismantling / installation of machines, structures and equipment using appropriate tools
