Distribution Associate – Overnight Shift

Location : Milan, IL

Schedule : Sunday–Thursday | 9 : 30 PM – 6 : 00 AM

Pay : $19 / hr

Overview

We are a growing organization seeking motivated Distribution Associates to join our expanding team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, quality control, and timely shipment of products in a clean, fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and audit customer orders
• Process and audit company product returns
• Label products according to customer specifications
• Pack products securely for shipping
• Ship orders to designated customer locations
• Inspect products to ensure they meet all customer requirements
• Sort and count parts as needed
• Collect cardboard and operate / empty into compactor
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Assist with general warehouse needs as assigned

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
