• W2 employment ROLE IMPACT The Escrow Support Processor ensures smooth transaction flow by managing the high-volume clerical workload tied to residential escrow openings and closings. This role allows frontline escrow teams to focus on client-facing responsibilities, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy across all documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process centralized documentation related to escrow openings and closings
• Communicate procedural instructions to internal escrow branches (non-customer-facing)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with escrow procedures and industry regulations
• Maintain document control, status tracking, and timely file completion MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in the mortgage industry required
• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred but not mandatory
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with sound decision-making skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Escrow management platforms (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, or similar)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Document tracking and workflow systems PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with residential real estate closing procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in high-volume, document-intensive environments
