Hourly Rate : $120 / hr

Summary :

Schedule : Full-time nights , 3×12s weekly ( 7 : 00p–7 : 30a , includes sign-out)

On-call : None | Schedule type : Flexible

Setting : Multi-specialty med-surg community hospital ICU

Patient load : Typical 10–15 ICU pts per APP (attending MD also available)

Local candidates preferred / required

EMR : Cerner

Key Responsibilities :

Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU

Collaborate with attending MDs; develop and update plan of care

Perform ongoing assessments; implement interventions

Order entry and documentation of H&Ps, Consults, Event / Follow-up & Procedure notes

Interpret diagnostics; coordinate with ICU nursing

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds each shift

Perform invasive procedures : central lines (CVLs / vascaths / introducers) and arterial lines per MSO credentialing

Qualifications :

NPs must be Acute Care–certified (ACNP) ; PAs with equivalent scope

Active national certification and state licensure (or ability to obtain)

1–2+ years ICU APP experience

Demonstrated proficiency with central and arterial line insertions ( case logs required during credentialing )
