LifeTree Inc. is seeking ax experienced professional to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of our onboarding team. This hands-on leadership role is focused on driving accountability, overseeing operational workflows, managing productivity, and ensuring the team consistently meets organizational targets and goals .

If you are a proactive leader who can balance operational management with team accountability, minimize distractions, and foster a supportive yet results-driven environment, this role is for you. We are looking for a 'doer,' who can motivate, drive and complete a large number of tasks daily. We provide complete industry specific training, but the right candidate must be a quick learner, sharp and able to retain large amounts of information and apply them daily to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and administrative workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Manage and hold accountable onboarding and admin staff to deadlines, quality standards, and company policies
• Address and correct unproductive behaviors, including excessive chit-chat or distractions
• Provide hands-on support to resolve operational issues and streamline processes
• Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and performance tracking for the team
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational challenges and facilitate timely resolution
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance individual and group performance
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align operations with organizational priorities
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
• The candidate in this role will need to be able to work in-person at our Scottsdale office, Monday to Friday, starting in the morning to around 7pm daily.
