Description :

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of SAP S / 4HANA within a hybrid Agile environment for a leading utility company. This is part of a multi-year digital transformation program covering finance, supply chain, HR, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead 1 2 Agile teams in SAP implementation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, and SAP partners to manage backlogs.
• Support integration with PMO and waterfall workstreams (testing, data migration, etc.).
• Participate in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile metrics reporting.
• Manage work using Jira, Confluence, and SAP Activate methodology.

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between $90.00-$95.00 per hour.
