The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supply chain professional to join our Planning Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, have experience working in a global environment, ensure best practices, and enhance overall planning efficiency.

What You'll Do :

• Have specific day to day responsibility for production planning excellence for North America plants
• Work closely with other Supply Chain COE team members to implement end-to-end supply chain process improvements.
• Conduct maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Implement best practices and tools for consistent and efficient production planning processes.
• Enhance / implement KPIs to measure planning effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Support all enhancements, implementation, and optimization of planning systems (e.g. SAP, ERP, MRP, IBP).
• Support initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices adoption among superusers / planners.
• Support projects / initiatives for our Digital Roadmap.
• Implement a global standard playbook for production planning.
