Accounting Specialist

Great Accounting Specialist opportunity with benefits, government holidays off, and a hybrid schedule.

PrideStaff Financial has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounting Specialist to handle AP and AR on a temp to perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for financial transactions, account reconciliation, billing, and vendor management.

Duties :

  • Process full-cycle AP invoices including cutting checks
  • Process billing invoices and credit memos
  • Assist and participate in month-end close
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Daily maintenance and reporting of accounts

Requirement :

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in related accounting role
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • MS Excel- Intermediate skills
  • Working experience with ERP accounting software
  • Excellent data entry skills 10-key speed of at least 8,000 KPH
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $24.00 - $27.00
