    • What Youll Do

  • Safely set up and operate all phases of the printing operation
  • Install / remove printing plates mandrels and related components
  • Register print images and bring new print setups to spec for quality and output
  • Perform minor repairs troubleshoot process issues and conduct preventive maintenance
  • Lead and direct packers on assigned lines
  • Complete production paperwork and execute in-process quality inspections
  • Provide break relief for other departmental positions
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and safe work practices
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by department leaders and management

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years in printing or experience on production equipment making machine adjustments (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication; basic math proficiency
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team
