Compensation Range : $80,000 to $110,000 per year

Position Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise applications, including Robotic Process Automation, NiCE Workforce Management, and OpenText Exstream.

Utilize modern scripting tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, and JavaScript to build integrations and automate workflows.

Collaborate with business teams to identify their needs and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and minimize errors.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance systems and processes.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience with scripting, troubleshooting, and automation.

Familiarity with NiCE and OpenText is a plus.
